Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Technical Lead for US projects in Metro Manila. You will oversee development teams, contribute to system design, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions for global clients.

The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and coordinating with architects, QA, and project managers to deliver on schedule and maintain standards. Night shift required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of software development experience.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities
