Lennor Group in Subic, Philippines, seeks an Overseas Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for our Philippine production base. You will lead a finance team and work closely with operations to ensure sound financial decisions.

Role focuses on financial processes optimization, compliance with local regulations, and strategic financial support for major projects and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of financial management experience including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to independently manage full financial scope of a production site/base.
• Fluent in Chinese with English or Filipino as working language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall financial management of the production site, including budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and analysis.
• Develop and optimize financial processes, controls, and procedures to ensure efficient finance operations.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, and cash flow, providing insights and recommendations to support management decisions and cost optimization.
• Provide financial evaluation and support for major projects and investments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Lead and manage the finance team, coordinating with cross-functional teams for effective planning and control.
