Job summary

Manila Cordage Company is seeking an experienced finance leader to head the Finance Department in Laguna, Philippines. The role requires deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and manufacturing finance to drive strategic decision-making.

You will oversee CapEx evaluation, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), and collaboration with senior management to align financial strategy with operations. CPA/CMA or MBA holders are preferred, with 10–15 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
• MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in manufacturing finance, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial planning.
• Experience in CapEx evaluation, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), banking/financing, procurement and supply chain finance.
• Experience presenting to boards/senior management.
• M&A or expansion project experience is a plus.
