Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines, Cavite region, seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to help the business understand financial performance and cost drivers. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to manage budgets and analyze results.

You will prepare budgets and forecasts, review variances, monitor manufacturing costs, and build reports and models to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years FP&A/Financial Analysis in manufacturing or semiconductor context.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Review monthly performance against budget, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Analyze manufacturing costs—materials, labor, overhead, subcontracting.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and models for management.
• Assess financial impact of activities with Operations and Supply Chain.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and potential returns.
