Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking a Finance Manager in Taguig to lead day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee the local finance team, end-to-end accounting, payroll, and treasury activities, driving process improvements and strategic financial insights.

The role requires a strong track record in Philippine tax, month-end and year-end closings, and experience in multinational or shared services environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of Accounting & Finance experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in Philippine tax and regulatory compliance, including BIR and PEZA.
• Proven experience in month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and statutory/external audits.
• Hands-on experience with GL, AP, payroll, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Experience working in a multinational, shared services, or global organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
• Manage tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance for Philippine operations.
• Oversee treasury and financial planning activities, including cash flow management and budgeting.
• Maintain strong financial controls and improve finance processes through policy compliance and automation where appropriate.
• Lead and develop the Finance Team and partner with senior management for financial insights.
