The role centers on processing global procurement requests and creating purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity for ledgers and budgets. You will resolve e-invoicing issues and support continuous improvement across the procurement function.

You will manage a global queue, engage with business divisions, and collaborate with IT and ERP teams to standardize processes. A hybrid work setup and daytime shift define the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or purchase-to-pay operations and familiarity with ERP purchasing modules.
• Ability to handle e-invoicing platforms and data integrity across ledgers.
• Strong Excel skills and clear written communication across time zones.

Responsibilities
