Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Procurement Functional - Associate Consultant for a Makati-based hybrid, dayshift role. Morning shift with 3x onsite per week in Makati. Open to local candidates residing in the Philippines.

Role focuses on end-to-end S2P implementations, procurement process optimization, and transformation programs using platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer. You will lead workshops, mentor teammates, and manage cross-functional engagements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in delivering end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and spend management.
• Experience leading functional design workshops and requirement gathering.
• Experience leading testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression) and documenting test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Source-to-Pay implementation end-to-end delivery across client projects.
• Procurement transformation and digitalization projects using leading platforms.
• Lead or support opportunities through external networks and relationships.
• Engagement roles include Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, PM, and Change Management Support.
• Oversee recruitment and provide mentorship to team members.
