Job summary

Arcadis Philippines, part of the global Arcadis Group, seeks a senior Procure-to-Pay leader to own global P2P governance and vendor master data in our GSSC Manila. You will drive process transformation and standards for end-to-end procure-to-pay operations, aligning with finance, technology, and business stakeholders across regions.

The role emphasizes enterprise governance, automation, and continuous improvement, leveraging Oracle ERP knowledge to deliver compliant, scalable procure-to-pay

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related discipline.
• 12–16 years of experience in procurement operations or related domains.
• Expertise in procurement operating models, governance, and ERP-enabled procurement.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar enterprise procurement tech.
• Experience defining enterprise frameworks and global process standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the global Vendor Master Data Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Ordering, and Content Management operating model.
• Lead transformation, automation, standardization, and digitalization of Procure-to-Pay operations.
• Establish global controls, quality standards, and audit readiness within P2P.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology and business stakeholders to align standards.
• Develop capability through coaching and training across regions.
