Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Global Procure-to-Pay leader based in the Philippines to own the Vendor Master Data Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Ordering, and Content Management processes within the global P2P function. This role ensures governance, compliance, and scalable operations across regions.

You will define enterprise standards, drive transformation initiatives, and collaborate with Finance, Technology, and regional teams to enable efficient, compliant procurement across Arcadis’ global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related discipline.
• 12–16 years of experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, procurement transformation, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise procurement technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global Vendor Master Data Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Ordering, and Content Management processes and governance.
• Establish global control frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements for Procure-to-Pay.
• Lead process automation, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives across regions.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Technology and business stakeholders to align standards and practices across the organization.
