Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Procure-to-Pay Lead - Vendor Master Data for its Shared Services setup in the Philippines. The role leads AP operations, owns VMD, and guides a team of AP specialists to achieve high service levels.

You will drive process improvements, automation, and transitions while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6–10 years in Accounts Payable operations.
• 2–3 years in people management/team lead roles.
• Hands-on Vendor Master Data Management experience.
• Experience in BPO/Shared Services (GBS).
• Experience leading offshore or distributed teams.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in transitions, service stabilization, and process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and ensure service excellence.
• Own Vendor Master Data Management (VMD) with accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
• Mentor and develop a team of AP specialists to meet goals.
• Drive SLA adherence, quality metrics and continuous improvement.
• Partner with clients, customers and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and transformation opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and ensure service excellence
