Arcadis is seeking a senior procurement leader to own global Procure-to-Pay governance, vendor data, and content management within the GSSC Philippines and beyond. You will shape enterprise standards, drive process transformation, and align procurement with Accounts Payable and technology strategies.

The role demands deep ERP expertise, robust governance, and the ability to lead cross-region change initiatives while coaching teams and building organizational capability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• 12–16 years of experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, or related domains.
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement operating models, governance frameworks, process optimization, and ERP-enabled procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise procurement technologies.
• Experience defining enterprise frameworks, methodologies, and global process standards.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain the global Vendor Master Data Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Ordering, and Content Management processes.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, controls, and performance standards for these processes.
• Drive the purchase to pay transformation roadmap and continuous improvement agenda.
• Lead enterprise change initiatives and ensure alignment across regions and functions.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to standardize procurement practices.
• Act as senior technical authority for Procure-to-Pay governance and ERP-enabled processes.
