Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Finance Operations Lead to oversee OTC/PTP/RTR processes and deliverables in a dynamic BPO setting. You will publish client dashboards, manage escalations, and ensure governance, controls, and SLA compliance across teams.

The role requires deep US GAAP knowledge, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a track record in P&L, reporting, and process improvements within a Finance/Accounts domain.

Qualifications

• Proficient in US GAAP policies and procedures.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in Production Management, quality and SLA calculations.
• Strong people and supervisory management.
• Ability to manage P&L and end-to-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead OTC/PTP/RTR processes and deliverables.
• Publish metrics and dashboards for client review.
• Manage client communications and escalations.
• Ensure governance, controls, SLAs and policy compliance.
• Drive process improvements and training for the team.
