Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks a seasoned Process Innovation Consultant in the Philippines to design and drive transformation programs that deliver measurable business value for global clients. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Business Process Operations, multi-channel contact centers, and shared services transformation.
Proven consulting experience in customer transformation and automation with measurable outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management across customer and operations leadership teams.
Hands-on experience with business platforms (SAP, Oracle, Adobe, Salesforce, NICE, Genesis).
Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Design and execute transformation programs delivering quantifiable business value.
Develop strategic roadmaps for customer transformation, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Identify automation opportunities to improve cycle times and cost efficiency.
Lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI and automation.
