PM Consulting is seeking a Global Continuous Improvement Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that boost processes, efficiency, and service quality. You will identify recurring issues, prioritize projects by impact, and track benefits from Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop process standards, and drive automation with Power BI and related tools while communicating progress to management.

Formación

• Strong experience in Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience with KPI management, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
• Exposure to process automation, RPA, process mining, or digital transformation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritize the continuous improvement pipeline based on business impact and effort.

• Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate problem-solving activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and controls.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and benefits of improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with technology teams on implementation.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Coordinate improvement initiatives across teams and ensure agreed actions are properly tracked and completed.
• Prepare performance updates and improvement reports for management.
