Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Transformation Strategy Lead to advocate the XDT agenda by linking CX, IT, Network and Business units to identify gaps, size improvements, and drive implementation plans for CX and growth.

You will lead a team of Process Architects and Globe Process Community, establish standards, enable grass-roots simplification, measure benefits, and align changes with customer success metrics and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Transformation Strategy Execution: Steer and advocate for the XDT transformation agenda with leaders of business and enabling groups by linking and bridging CX, IT, Network and Business to identify key process gaps impacting CX and business growth; size and plan improvements.
• Lead/Co-lead cross functional teams in the execution of process transformation and simplification initiatives with Process Owners; govern, champion grass roots process simplification and continuous improvement.
