Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Education, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, transformation, or documentation.
• Experience in process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions, or training materials.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Map and document current-state processes, workflows, controls, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand process requirements.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support development of future-state processes and standardized workflows.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and job aids.
• Create training and knowledge materials to support onboarding.
• Support business transformation, migration, and transition initiatives.
• Ensure process documentation is accurate and aligned with standards.
• Maintain process documentation, repositories, and version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for implementation.
