We’re Hiring: Global Presentations Specialist

Philippines | Full-Time | Hybrid (3-4 days / week onsite)

The Role:

The Global Presentations Specialist is responsible for elevating the quality, clarity, and impact of presentations used across the OX Group globally. This role focuses on creating, enhancing, and standardising presentations within Canva and PowerPoint for major customer pitches, sales meetings, and internal leadership communication. Some design knowledge is advantageous to support layout development, template creation, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation Creation and Enhancement

• Design and elevate high-quality presentations for global and regional customer pitches, retailer meetings, internal updates, and leadership communication.
• Transform content into polished, visually engaging, brand-consistent decks.
• Refine visual structure, flow, and storytelling to ensure clarity and impact.
• Convert Canva presentations into PowerPoint formats for wider team usability.

Template Development and Standardisation

• Build and maintain a library of global presentation templates in Canva and PowerPoint.
• Develop standardised layouts, visuals, icons, and brand components across OX, BORA, TRACER, SMART, and UNITEC.
• Ensure templates align with updated brand guidelines and are adaptable across regions.
• Support the rollout and adoption of global presentation standards.

Brand Consistency and Governance

• Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all presentation materials.
• Review and refine regional decks where required.
• Ensure consistent visual language across all brands and markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Global Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to gather content and clarify presentation objectives.
• Manage multiple presentation projects across global time zones.
• Provide quick-turn support for urgent retailer or leadership presentations.

Systems, Tools and Process Improvement

• Maintain a centralised presentation template library.
• Support team training for consistent use of templates globally.
• Identify opportunities to improve visual communication and presentation workflows.

What we’re looking for:

Skills/Experience

• Proficiency in Canva (essential).
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, including formatting and exporting.
• Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across global teams.
• Understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
• Basic Adobe CC knowledge (advantageous).
