Job summary

OX Tools in the Philippines is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to craft compelling product infographics, retouch imagery, and create visual content that fuels ecommerce sales across marketplaces. The role requires a bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, 2+ years of ecommerce design experience, and expert use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).

Hybrid work arrangement: 3-4 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communication.
• 2+ years’ experience as a graphic designer for ecommerce platforms.
• Strong portfolio of product infographics and imagery.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom.
• Solid layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

The Role

A creative and detail-oriented Ecommerce Graphic Designer to create compelling product infographics, retouch and enhance product imagery, and develop visual content that supports ecommerce sales and customer engagement using Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating high-quality, engaging product infographics, images, and other visual assets for ecommerce listings and digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application of logos, color palettes, typography, and other branding.
• Ensure all creative assets align with marketplace requirements and project objectives.
• Ensures visuals accurately communicate product features and benefits.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactively communicate project status, timelines, potential roadblocks, and workload concerns to stakeholders and team members.
• Attend townhall meeting for the updates in graphics team.

Skills/Experience

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• More than 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, specializing creating infographics and image specifically for ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
• Proficiency in layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communications skills – written and verbal – with the ability to ask questions, clarify requirements, and provide status updates proactively.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple unrelated projects under tight deadlines.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to prioritise and manage tasks delegated by the Ecommerce Team.
• Ability to identify, analyse and develop effective solutions to design problems
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
