Job summary

Acxelsus in Pasig is seeking a Presentation Designer to format, design, and refine client-facing proposals and pitch decks for a Singapore-based brand. You will ensure documents are visually polished and brand-consistent for business development teams.

You will shape slides, enhance typography and visuals, and tighten copy to convey messages clearly while preserving original strategy. A strong eye for detail and adherence to brand guidelines is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent portfolio experience.
• 1–3 years of presentation design, proposal support, or graphic design, preferably client-facing materials.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva; strong document formatting in Word.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail; ability to meet tight deadlines; comfortable following brand guidelines.
• Business-level English for reading and refining client-facing copy.

Job Overview

We're looking for a Presentation Designer to format, design, and refine client-facing proposals and pitch decks — ensuring every document is visually polished, brand-consistent, and ready for the business development and client-facing teams — for a Singapore-based entertainment brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal Formatting & Document Assembly: Assemble and format business proposals from raw content and templates, ensuring consistent structure, pagination, and layout.
• Visual Enhancement & Presentation Design: Apply visual design principles — layout, typography, color, and imagery — to elevate the look and readability of decks and documents.
• Pitch Deck Refinement: Rework existing pitch decks for clarity and visual flow, restructuring slides so key messages and value propositions stand out.
• Copy Support for Client-Facing Presentations: Tighten and polish existing copy within proposals and decks for tone, grammar, and persuasive clarity, without altering the original strategy or intent.
• Brand Consistency & Document Quality Assurance: Proofread and quality-check all outputs against the client's brand and style guidelines before client delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical portfolio experience).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in presentation design, proposal support, or graphic design, ideally producing client-facing or investor-facing materials.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and strong document formatting skills in Word.
• Soft Skills: Strong visual sense, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and comfort taking direction on brand guidelines.
• Language: Business-level English required for reading and refining client-facing copy.

Preferred:

• Prior experience supporting an entertainment, media, or lifestyle brand
• Experience producing investor or executive-level pitch materials
