OX Tools is hiring a Global Presentations Specialist to elevate presentations used across the group. You will create, enhance, and standardise decks in Canva and PowerPoint for pitches, meetings, and leadership updates, with design support for layout and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, including exporting.
• Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across global teams.
• Understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design and elevate high-quality presentations for global pitches and internal updates.
• Transform content into polished, visually engaging decks with brand consistency.
• Refine visual structure and storytelling for clarity and impact.
• Convert Canva presentations into PowerPoint formats for wider use.
• Build and maintain global presentation templates in Canva and PowerPoint.
• Support rollout of global presentation standards and templates.
