OX Tools is hiring a General Project Manager in the Philippines to oversee diverse projects across the business, from planning to execution. The role focuses on coordinating operations, events, merchandising, and product-line initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with objectives.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and supply chain to drive efficiency, manage timelines, and communicate progress to leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources required.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between departments including sales, operations, marketing, and supply chain.
• Timeline Management: Establish and maintain clear project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor progress and address risks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status.
• Budget & Resource Oversight: Assist in tracking project budgets and resource allocation.
• Line Review Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end coordination of customer line reviews, including planning timelines, materials, and deliverables.
• Event & Initiative Management: Manage planning and execution of internal and external events.
• Product & Merchandising Projects: Support projects such as quarter pallet builds and merchandising strategies.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting tools.

The Role

The General Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of projects across the business, ensuring they are delivered on time, with scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role will oversee diverse initiatives, including operational improvements, product line reviews, quarter pallet execution, events, and cross-functional projects. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency, accountability, and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT


• Project Planning & Execution:


• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources required.


• Ensure all projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives.


• Cross-Functional Coordination:


• Act as the central point of contact between departments including sales, operations, marketing, and supply chain.


• Facilitate alignment and communication across teams to avoid delays or misalignment.


• Timeline Management:


• Establish and maintain clear project timelines and milestones.


• Monitor progress and proactively address risks to ensure deadlines are met.


• Stakeholder Communication:


• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status.


• Escalate issues, risks, and resource gaps in a timely manner.


• Budget & Resource Oversight:


• Assist in tracking project budgets and resource allocation.


• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency.


• Line Review Planning & Execution:


• Lead end-to-end coordination of customer line reviews, including planning timelines, materials, and deliverables.


• Organize presentations, product selection, pricing strategy, and logistics to ensure a compelling and well-executed pitch.


• Event & Initiative Management:


• Manage the planning and execution of internal and external events.


• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.


• Product & Merchandising Projects:


• Support projects such as quarter pallet builds and merchandising strategies.


• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure execution aligns with commercial goals.


• Risk Management & Problem Solving:


• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.


• Resolve issues quickly to minimize impact on project delivery.


• Documentation & Reporting:


• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting tools.


• Create summaries, dashboards, and post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
