Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in PMO, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise projects, governance frameworks, and cross-functional transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior leaders and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously enhance project management methodologies, governance routines, and best practices.
• Oversee project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, monitoring, escalation, closure, and post-implementation review processes.
• Review portfolio performance and provide visibility into project health, milestones, risks, and resource utilization.
• Lead complex enterprise projects from initiation through closure within scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
• Develop project plans, dashboards, risk registers, and issue logs to support disciplined execution.
• Coach and develop project managers and teams on governance expectations and tools.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001 and compliance requirements.
