Job summary

Xerox Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Manager, HR Shared Services to lead global HR operational services across Hire-to-Retire, HR Administration, Benefits and Payroll. You will partner with COEs, Finance, and external vendors to drive efficiency, governance, and scalable service delivery in a multi-country environment.

The role champions Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, AI-enabled HR solutions, and data-driven insights to improve employee experience, compliance, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8-12 years of progressive HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, or related functions.
• Minimum 3-5 years of people leadership within Shared Services/GBS.
• Experience supporting global HR operations across multiple countries.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and external vendors.
• Experience leading HR transformation, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR Shared Services operations across onboarding, data management, job changes, and payroll administration.
• Ensure compliant execution of HR transactions and workforce administration with SLAs.
• Oversee HR administration activities including records, documents, and data governance.
• Manage inquiries from employees, managers, and stakeholders with cross-functional coordination.
• Drive standardization and optimization of HR processes across regions and units.
• Lead governance, controls, and quality assurance in HR operations.
• Support AI-enabled HR solutions and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Technology and Finance to optimize platforms and workflows.
