Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; familiarity with PMO processes is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience working with global or multi-regional teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Monitor project timelines and track progress against deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
