Job summary

RGP Philippines is seeking a Data Analytics & Governance Lead to support Global Business Services restructuring initiatives. The role focuses on turning complex project and financial data into actionable insights, with Smartsheet governance and executive reporting at the core.

You will develop dashboards and KPI scorecards, perform trend and variance analyses, and provide decision-ready analytics to PMO leadership. This remote, project-based assignment spans 6–12 months with flexible engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, transformation, or related roles.
Hands‑on Smartsheet experience, including dashboard development, reporting, workflow automation, and portfolio reporting.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex datasets into clear executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

PMO Governance & Program Support: Maintain Smartsheet as primary PMO reporting platform, support governance processes and RAID logs.
Smartsheet Administration & Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, workflows, and data repositories; ensure data quality.
Data Analytics & Decision Support: Collect, validate, analyze large datasets; create executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Financial Analytics & Program Controls: Track spend, budgets, forecasts; produce financial reporting packs.
Resource Analytics & Capacity Planning: Monitor resource allocation and utilization; develop capacity dashboards.
Executive Reporting & BI: Produce executive packages; create dashboards using Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI; support Steering Committee materials.
