Willis Towers Watson plc in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Project Manager - Analyst to support planning, governance, and delivery across regional programs. You will partner with project managers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure projects stay on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in any course (business, engineering, IT, finance or related).
3-5 years in PM/PMO/coordination or business analysis roles.
Strong PM principles and lifecycle knowledge.
Experience with global or multi-regional teams.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with PM tools such as MS Project and Power BI.

Aufgaben

Support project planning, scheduling, milestones and resources.
Coordinate activities across cross-functional and distributed teams.
Monitor timelines and progress against deliverables.
Maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
Prepare status reports and governance materials.
Track risks, issues, and dependencies; support RAID logs.
Develop dashboards and performance reports using KPIs.
