Catalyst24 is hiring for a PMO professional to support Post Trade Solutions (PTS) in the Philippines. The role provides portfolio governance, financial oversight, reporting, and delivery assurance across a complex programme portfolio, collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure transparency and control.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and manages project and programme dependencies
• Manages multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring charters, integrated plans, resources, contingencies and risk management
• Partners with sponsors and customers to agree objectives, milestones and success criteria and produces status reports
• Anticipates issues and delays; evaluates trade-offs across size, cost and risk to resolve high-priority risks
• Manages workstreams through the project lifecycle delivering results per the business case
• Oversees budget requests, conducts financial reviews and tracks performance against plan
• Ensures adherence to LSEG Group Standards for methodology, governance and risk
• Represents the project in governance forums.

Job Description Summary:

Supports and manages projects across the project lifecycle to ensure delivery that is

on time, in budget and within scope.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Identifies and manages project and programme dependencies
• Supports and manages projects that involve multiple stakeholders, ensuring project charters, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans are scoped and documented and that risk management processes are in place
• Partners with project sponsors/stakeholders (including customers) to agree project objectives, milestones and success criteria and develops status reports to update key stakeholders on project progress
• Anticipates issues and delays and evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk, etc. effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
• Manages project workstreams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters stated in the business case
• Supervises the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance and key metrics against plan and validating financial forecasts
• Ensures all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management
• Represents the project in various governance forums.
