Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT project or PMO roles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with project reporting and resource management/scheduling.
• Proficient with MS Excel and PMO tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate client service reports and review materials.
• Run recurring reporting cycles: collect inputs, track deadlines, follow up with stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and data gaps.
• Support governance meetings with materials and action tracking.
• Handle budget, hours tracking, invoicing inputs, and forecasting.
