Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a PMO professional in the Philippines to support project requirements and manage inventory across Perm, Temp, and Vendor resources. The role involves collaboration with Project Managers and program managers for task allocation and performance reviews.

The ideal candidate has a degree, 2+ years in PMO within Financial Domain IT, and strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP). Familiarity with telco contracts and data management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder from an accredited institution.
• A friendly demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
• 2+ years of relevant PMO experience in Financial Domain IT.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Formula).
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in telco contract tracking, vendor coordination and data management are an advantage.
• Experience in managing inventory lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Liaise regularly with Project Managers on Project Requirements.
• Maintain Perm, Temp and Vendor resource inventory.
• Ensure staff reflected correctly in MOS/Systems.
• Help the program manager in monthly task allocation and performance review/appraisal.
• Track Temp and Vendor expiry and renewals.
• Track On-boarding / Off boarding etc.
• Time-sheet assignment.
• Adhoc data collection and reporting as needed.
• Customize company sales deck and presentations as required.
