Role Description
The Development & Partnerships Manager is a part‑time role responsible for expanding and nurturing relationships with donors, nonprofit partners, corporate sponsors, and community organizations. This hybrid position is based in Manila, with a mix of on‑site collaboration and work‑from‑home flexibility.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include identifying new funding opportunities, cultivating donor and partner relationships, managing communications, and supporting sponsorship packages or proposals. The role also involves coordinating partnership activities for feeding programs and toy drives, maintaining accurate records of engagement, and preparing impact updates or presentations.
You’ll work closely with our storytelling and operations teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with program needs and that messaging remains clear, consistent, and community‑centered.
