Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Payroll / Time & Labor leader in Metro Manila to manage payroll processes for global operations. The role interfaces with Finance, Legal, Operations and HR partners to drive enhancements and ensure client and associate satisfaction.

You will supervise a team, review data and system configurations, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while guiding process improvements across Time & Labor projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in HR-related field.
• 7–10 years in payroll management in global BPO or shared services.
• 2–3 years leading or managing a team.
• Experience with ADP Global View and/or PeopleSoft.
• Willing to work in EMEA hours.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves Time data for payroll processing.
• Guides process improvement for Time & Labor including system enhancements.
• Reviews and approves payroll system configuration and deployment to Production.
• Ensures Time & Labor SLAs and metrics are met.
• Reviews and sign off payroll inputs for processing of third party vendor.
• Reviews payroll registers and provide sign off.
• Provides guidance on process improvement for payroll processing.
• Ensures Payroll SLAs and metrics are met.
• Holds bi-weekly touchpoints, coaching and mentoring with direct reports.
• Attends to regular cadence of all projects under HR Operations Time & Labor.
