Job summary

Ivoclar Vivadent Services & Support, Inc. seeks a Payroll Operations professional to support and/or execute the full payroll workflow for multiple entities. You will manage calendars, data collection, accuracy, and confidentiality while ensuring timely processing.

You will also handle Time & Attendance processes, validate timesheets, coordinate with payroll vendors, and support governance and audits. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of payroll experience (US payroll required) are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years' payroll processing experience required.
• US payroll experience required; EMEA payroll experience highly desired.
• Knowledge of payroll and time/attendance software.
• Strong Excel skills and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support or execute payroll workflow for multiple Legal Entities.
• Maintain payroll records for new hires, terminations, changes and deductions.
• Perform pre-payroll data validation for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare payroll inputs and process through designated systems/vendors.
• Coordinate with People & Culture, payroll vendors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-payroll validation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain governance and audit readiness.
• Time & Attendance: administer systems and validate timesheets.
• Coordinate corrections with payroll vendors and ensure compliance.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
