Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years payroll/benefits experience.
• HRIS knowledge and ability to manage data accurately.
• Experience in HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or similar corporate setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Payrolls to meet processing calendars and KPIs.
• Advise clients on queries and country-specific legislation.
• Ensure data management is performed accurately and on time.
• Respond to tickets and calls within SLA with high quality.
• Follow detailed working instructions and update DWIs as needed.
• Maintain security standards and handle confidential information.
