Job summary

Vistra is seeking a People Advisor to support and deliver core HR operations across our Latam locations. This role involves managing employee lifecycle activities, payroll and benefits administration, and providing HR support. The successful candidate will ensure compliance and operational excellence while enhancing employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and validate payroll data.
• Administer employee benefits programs across Latam.
• Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.
