Job summary

Amdocs in Manila is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process, validate, and produce accurate pay for employees in line with HR instructions and country requirements.

You will collaborate with Payroll Manager, Deputy and a third-party vendor to prioritize business and information needs while ensuring compliance and timely reporting. On-site role with 4+ years of experience and strong MS Excel and SAP background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience with EMEA payroll is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
• Strong communication and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Compile and process transactional payroll advice by HR.
• Process payroll requirements on a monthly, yearly, advance pay basis.
• Handle the preparation of Full and Final Settlement/Pay and respond to employees’ inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy of statutory calculation for local reporting and compliance.
• Track other payments and deductions processed via payroll.
• Deliver accurate payroll reports internally and externally; suggest process improvements.
• Remit payments to tax authorities and third parties; ensure controls.
