Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience with EMEA payroll preferred.
• Experience with ADP PayForce or ERP systems (2+ years).
• Strong MS Excel skills and SAP background.

Responsibilities

• Compile and process transactional payroll advice by HR.
• Process payroll requirements on monthly, yearly, or advance pay basis.
• Prepare Full and Final Settlement/pay and respond to employee inquiries.
• Ensure statutory calculations for local reporting and compliance are accurate.
• Track other payments and deductions processed via payroll.
• Deliver accurate payroll reports and suggest process improvements.
• Remit payments to tax authorities, government offices and third parties.
