The role requires reviewing timecards, conducting audits, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll inquiries and maintain payroll accuracy across European countries.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of payroll experience supporting European countries.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and tax regulations across Europe.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule in compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.
• Review and validate timecards, resolve discrepancies, and ensure payroll data is complete and accurate.
• Audit payroll registers before funding and perform periodic audits to maintain payroll accuracy.
• Provide training and support to employees on the Time & Attendance (T&A) system.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll issues while supporting initiatives to simplify and standardize payroll processes.
• Review payroll forms, templates, and communications to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
• Support the implementation of new payroll policies and processes for assigned employee groups.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned countries.
• Manage payroll projects and process improvements with minimal supervision.
