Job summary

International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Manila (Makati) seeks a Payroll Administrator to support payroll processing for locally recruited staff worldwide. The role reports to the Payroll Manager and the National Payroll Officer and covers six months of service.

Qualifications

• Direct payroll experience in a corporate payroll operation with knowledge of banking and accounting systems.
• Experience with SAP HR/payroll system is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with 3 years of relevant work experience; CPA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the unit in timely and accurate payroll processing for locally recruited staff worldwide.
• Assist Payroll Manager and National Payroll Officer in day-to-day payroll tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
