Job summary

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Manila seeks a Senior Data and Systems Control Associate to serve as the senior technical focal point for ERP access controls and master data processes. You will guide the operational management and uphold the integrity, security, and efficiency of global financial systems in collaboration with Finance, ICT, and policy stakeholders.

Based in Manila, you will translate requirements into ERP workflows, oversee end-to-end user access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant finance/IT combination.
• Experience in ERP systems administration and data governance.
• Experience applying internal controls and supporting data integrity.
• Strong communication and coordination across functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into standardized ERP role management workflows.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end ERP user access provisioning globally.
• Oversee updates to system permission rules and de-provision access when needed.
• Lead periodic user access reviews and resolve control exceptions.
• Maintain central financial master data ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support testing and validation of financial master data changes.
• Provide technical guidance on complex system errors and data integrity issues.
• Manage the team's ticketing system and drive process improvements.
• Conduct performance reviews and update team procedures.
