You will mentor automation developers, manage deployments, and deliver analytics dashboards to track KPIs like cycle time and errors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in payroll operations, payroll tech, or automation roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, taxes, filings and reporting.
• Hands-on with Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems (SAP, Workday, ADP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy, design, and delivery for payroll ops.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Tax, Finance, IT to gather requirements.
• Design scalable automation using Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, Power BI.
• Manage deployment, testing, validation, and production support.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for payroll metrics and analytics.
• Ensure SOX controls, audit trails, and data privacy compliance.
