Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in HR or finance/payroll operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or Workday; ADP experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; detail-oriented and analytical.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day payroll tasks for assigned countries per standards.
• Perform payroll reporting, reconciliations, validations, and data checks.
• Ensure timely processing of pay slips and related requests.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues.
• Maintain payroll mailboxes and manage inquiries via service tools.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors.
• Support SOX compliance and maintain payroll documentation.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and automation.
