Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Payroll Automation Sr. Analyst to lead the design and delivery of automation solutions across global payroll.

You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT to implement Alteryx, UiPath, Azure and Power BI, while ensuring SOX controls and audit readiness. This role requires cross-regional collaboration and travel to support regional payroll cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in payroll operations, payroll technology, or automation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, taxes, filings, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, Power BI.
• Experience with payroll systems (SAP, Workday, ADP) and global payroll.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and audit frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll process automation and optimization across regions.
• Gather requirements with Payroll, HR, Tax and Finance.
• Design and build automation using Alteryx, UiPath, and Azure.
• Deploy end-to-end payroll automation with testing and validation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for payroll analytics.
• Ensure SOX controls and audit readiness in automation.
• Lead automation developers and coordinate with vendors.
