Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a DS Manager, Global Payroll Product to lead global payroll strategy, standardization, and technology enablement. You will partner across Payroll, HR, Compliance, IT, and regional teams to deliver compliant, scalable payroll solutions during a major separation program.

The role demands a strong product mindset, data migration expertise, and the ability to drive changes across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and ASPAC time zones while ensuring continuity during go‑live and steady

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, HR, or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance, payroll operations, or related transformation roles.
Experience leading global payroll implementations or large-scale transformation programs preferred.
Hands-on experience with payroll and workforce platforms listed in tools section preferred.
Strong communication to translate business and technical concepts for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global payroll product roadmap across platforms and integrations.
Act as Business Product Owner across design, build, testing, deployment, and approvals.
Lead global payroll separation and transformation initiatives from concept to steady state.
Develop transition plans for process design, data migration, and adoption.
Ensure compliance, governance, and operational excellence across regions.
