Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in presales, bid management, commercial or business development in BPO/ITeS or managed services.
• Experience coordinating RFx responses, proposals, pricing inputs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFx opportunities and pursuits across bid stages with proposals and demonstrations.
• Coordinate inputs from solution, technology, implementation and country teams for client presentations.
• Prepare solution presentations, business cases and support content for negotiations.
• Maintain pursuit lifecycle, dashboards and governance records.
