Job summary

Premier LLC seeks an International Payroll & Payments Operations Specialist to support payroll inputs, contractor payments, reconciliations, and lifecycle activities across multiple countries and systems.

You will coordinate with external payroll providers, payment partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing, maintain records, and assist with audits and month-end close in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in payroll, payments operations, accounts payable, finance operations, HR operations, or workforce operations.
• Experience supporting international or multi-country payroll or payment processes.
• Experience handling high-volume transactions with strong attention to detail.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
• Experience working with payroll, payment, ERP, or financial systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll inputs, contractor payments, and reconciliations across multiple countries and systems.
• Collaborate with external payroll providers, payment partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Validate payroll and payment inputs, currencies, and methods; resolve discrepancies and delays.
• Maintain accurate payroll, payment, and worker records; support audits and month-end close.
