Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and 1–3 years of payroll or data entry experience, with strong computer skills including Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit and consolidate agent worked hours to payroll systems.
• Update payroll cycles every two weeks and ensure deadlines.
• Maintain payroll system accuracy and data integrity.
• Prepare reports and respond to management requests.
• Handle payroll inquiries via email, phone and in person.
