Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Manila is seeking a dedicated Operations Payroll Coordinator to track and post time, answer payroll questions, and ensure accurate recording of hours and benefits for all contact center staff.

You will collaborate with Workforce Planning, HR, and Corporate Payroll to uphold government and company guidelines, audit data, and manage paid time off for 2,300 employees across centers in NA and the Philippines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred or 1–2 years payroll/data entry experience.
• 1–3 years payroll, data entry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and attendance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit agent worked hours to payroll systems; maintain accurate employee data.
• Process bi-weekly updates to payroll cycles and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain payroll accuracy across systems; assist with termination checks.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and HR as needed.
• Respond to payroll inquiries via email, phone, or in person with professionalism.
