Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Payroll Coordinator to track, post, and answer questions about payroll information for all contact center employees daily. You will collaborate with Workforce Planning, contact center leadership, and HR to ensure payroll entries and benefit hours are accurate across the payroll system and spreadsheets.

The role requires timely updates every two weeks, accuracy in recording hours, and the ability to handle multiple time

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred or 1–2 years’ payroll/data entry experience.
• 1–3 years’ payroll, data entry and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit and consolidate agent worked hours to payroll systems; report data transfer issues.
• Update payroll cycle every two weeks; meet deadlines to ensure accurate pay.
• Maintain payroll system and spreadsheets; ensure accuracy on terminations and adjustments.
• Prepare reports on historical payroll information and respond to management/data requests.
• Handle payroll inquiries via email, phone and in-person; provide policy guidance to staff.
