Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an detail-oriented Operations Admin Coordinator for its Philippines operations. You will track attendance for 1,800 contact center staff across North America and the Philippines, ensuring adherence to attendance policies and maintaining accurate records in the scheduling system.

Under supervision, you will collaborate with workforce planning, payroll, and HR to generate reports, handle ad hoc requests, and support leadership with timely data and analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Create and maintain attendance files in Excel; review hours and record infractions.
• HISTORICAL REPORTING: Produce daily attendance reports and monitor absences across regions.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Answer inquiries and advise on attendance policies with leadership.
• OTHER DUTIES: Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
