Job summary

Workstream is seeking a full-time US Payroll Customer Implementation Specialist in Manila to lead new client onboarding for 60 to 90 days, ensuring smooth adoption of the Workstream platform.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, run kickoff calls, design scalable onboarding templates, deliver user training, and document processes to help customers realize value quickly.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing implementation experience: onboarding new clients for a SaaS company (min. 3 years).
• Payroll experience with US payroll, in implementation or in-house management.
• Basic spreadsheet/database skills and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the implementation program for small to medium clients, including timeline and deliverables.
• Own end-to-end implementation and training to drive adoption of the software.
• Set accurate expectations with clients and internal teams.
• Communicate progress with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
• Assist with high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
• Lead kickoff calls daily with new customers and oversee complex process design.
